loneliness.

I had a short breakdown, but thankfully, I'm slowly recovering. Exercising made me feel good and chill.

drawing practice 03

I love how my drawing of head shapes turned out! It took me a lot of brainpower, time, and effort. After looking at the full picture, I've noticed my mistakes clearly, like the angles and guidelines. But what matters is that I grasped how the cranium and oval work, as well as the guidelines. Thanks to the free Loomis Method Worksheet I found on YouTube, it was very helpful! I also played Sims 2 for quite a long time, and this game has a lot of details to explore; I just love it. It feels like the game was made ahead of its time. Anyway, I'm thankful I was able to be productive today.  ✅Read  ✅Journal  ✅Drawing  ✅Exercise

I've just completed the Data Foundations course from Great Learning and received the certificate, which is exciting! Over the past few days, I haven't been able to journal properly due to my dad's birthday celebrations, which left me quite tired. I've also been engrossed in managing the lives of my Sims on my laptop; it's been so enjoyable that I couldn't tear myself away. However, I'm grateful that I managed to squeeze in some exercise. A lot was going on during my dad's birthday, and now we're anticipating strong rain in our area. Sims 2 offers more depth and detail than other Sims series, particularly Sims 4. It's truly incomparable. I'm baffled as to why EA hasn't been able to incorporate those same details into a newer game, especially considering Sims 2 was released over a decade ago. (┬┬﹏┬┬) In my Sims 2 family, I adopted my boyfriend's surname as our household name. I created the household with two Sims, modeled after oursel...

dad's birthday.

We went to eat at the Food Club buffet at Ayala Mall Manila Bay since it was my dad's birthday. I am so full!!! Unexpectedly, there were many people and just so we knew there were promos, and maybe it was vacation already. Anyway, all of the food there was so good and made me want to try all of it. The waiters were giving their most at singing improvised and witty "Happy Birthday" to my dad, and it was super funny!! We were all laughing so hard!! I am willing to go back there. (^///^)

I'm very grateful that I learned a lot from YouTube videos and applied it to my own drawings of portraits. I'm satisfied and happy that my drawings turned out well today with the use of the Loomis Method. I also successfully downloaded Sims 2 instead of Sims 3 :((. I would prefer Sims 3 but I couldn't find a safe download file and neither did my setup work; Fitgirl always pops out an error during setup. But thankfully, the Sims 2 worked yay! Although it's super laggy at first I was able to fix it. It's somehow playable :D and I'm loving it. I wish I could play Sims 3 tho, but well Sims 2 is not that bad. Mama and Papa took a vacation leave today since it's Papa's birthday tomorrow. We went to SOMO to have my eyebrows threaded and my underarms waxed. We also bought coco milk tea yay. These are the tasks I have done today: ✅Journal ✅Draw ✅Read

I'm currently learning data science foundations with Great Learning as a requirement or micro-credential for my program. The pictures above show that I took notes of all the videos in the online course. I'm grateful I was able to learn a lot wherein the video explained complex concepts in a digestible, easy-to-understand way. I'm looking forward to my next session to learn about the Analytics Landscape and then complete the course so I can proceed to hone my skills on real projects. ^_____^ I've also finished watching this K-drama, Little Women, which consists of 12 episodes, and it's kinda short. I really like the plot, but I had many unanswered questions. Overall, it was a great drama and worth binge-watching! I hope they make season 2 hihi. (❁´◡`❁) Other than that, I've been productive today yay! ✅Learn Data Science  ✅Exercise  ✅Read  ✅Journal Although only a few days have passed, I'm truly grateful I was able to be consistent since it gives me satisfac...

drawing practice 01

I'm truly grateful that I was able to practice techniques for drawing faces at certain angles! I'm looking forward to learning more about shading and exploring other face angles. I learned these techniques from Proko on YouTube, and he is a great and invaluable art instructor. I realized that drawing skills demand a lot of patience; mastery isn't achieved in a day. This principle extends beyond drawing to encompass all skills. By dedicating myself to drawing, I aim to have a great form and proportionate drawings on my paintings. They say that drawing is the backbone of every art form, and that's why I'm committed to learning it! Anyway, I've been productive today! ^_____^  ✅Journal  ✅Draw  ✅Exercise  ✅Read My goal is to continually improve my skills and knowledge! I dream to be an artist one day. ☆*: .。. o(≧▽≦)o .。.:*☆

data analytics project 01

Image
This is my second project in data analytics using Jupyter Notebook with Python language. I also imported libraries like Seaborn and Pandas... My first one was my college assignment and it is greatly similar to what I made today, it's just I discovered new codes and functions. I'm very much impressed and happy with how I learned a lot about coding and data manipulation! I was able to understand extracting data from the dataset and use that to answer the questions given. I would like to thank Data Science Lover who guided and taught me these functions! By the way, this is a Netflix Dataset, it's very cool! The things I newly learned:╰(*°▽°*)╯ Removing duplicated records; which is essential for data preparation. Using OR and AND operators and combining conditions for complex filtering. Checking non-null and null values in-depth. Creating a new column on a data frame. Data exploration -- exploring the dataset and finding specific information. Time-series analysis. Filtering and...

past self.

Looking back at my previous posts, I was feeling totally gloomy and depressed back then. I'm thankful that I'm slowly recovering from this dread. I promise my past self that I'll be more resilient and that whatever I'm doing right now is for the betterment of myself. Thank you for holding on.
